Tuition Payments:
Monthly tuition payments are due in advance on
or before the first scheduled lesson of each section. Tuition
reserves your exclusive lesson time, it is not an hourly
fee for services rendered. Tuition is non-refundable and
does not include the cost of music books.
Late Payment Fees:
Tuition payment can be made by mail or in person during
the first week of each section. Payments received after
the first week of each month cannot guarantee a student's
position. A late Fee of $15 is charged for payments received
after the due date. A $25 fee will be charged for returned
checks.
Holidays:
- New Years Day (Jan 1st)
- Presidents's Day (Feb)
- Memorial Day (May)
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day (Sept)

Cancellations and
Make-Up Lessons:
Please give at least 24-hour notice if you must cancel a
lesson. Every effort will be made to schedule a make-up
lesson, depending on the student's need and the available
time. Last minute cancellations of ANY REASON
and no-shows will NOT be made up. No
credits or make-up lessons will be given if you
miss any group lessons. If a student has to take off for
more than 2 weeks, s/he will need to pay half of the tuition
to reserve his/her spot, and the tuition is non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
Two-week advance notice is required for planned vacations,
scheduling changes, or conflicts. Thus student and the teacher
will be able to make adjustments to the schedule so that
the minimum requirement of 4 lessons per month is met. If
a teacher needs to be absent, make-up lesson or a substitute
teacher will be arranged. The lesson will be credited or
rescheduled if a substitute teacher cannot be provided.
Termination:
One-month advance notice is required for termination of
lessons. Elementary Piano reserves the right to
remove any student from the teaching schedule who does not
meet the requirements of any tuition policies.
